If a user accepts a quote and proceeds with a shipment or pickup request, related quote information and associated photos may be retained for operational processing, billing, shipment tracking, customer service, fraud prevention, customs compliance, and legal or business recordkeeping purposes until the shipment process is completed and for any additional period reasonably required by applicable legal or operational obligations.
