How do I track on the website?

Use the Track search in the header (next to ES/EN) with invoice and sender last name. You can also use the Dominicargo app.

What do I need to ask about a shipment?

Invoice number, sender last name, and destination name in DR if possible.

Do not send full card numbers by email or text.
