Dominicargo App Help | Dominicana Cargo Express

Dominicargo is the mobile app of Dominicana Cargo Express. Use the app to request pickup, receive quotes, pay, and share tracking with your family. Store release coming soon.

Before you start

Download Dominicargo when it is available on the App Store and Google Play.
Create an account as a Sender (U.S.) or Receiver (DR).
You can also track a shipment on the website with invoice number and sender last name.

For senders in the U.S.

Register in Dominicargo as a sender.
Add recipient — save contact and address details for your family in the DR.
Request pickup — list boxes, barrels, food items, documents, furniture, and more.
Receive your quote — our team reviews your packages; you get the final cost in the app. No upfront payment is required to request pickup.
Confirm and pay — accept shipment terms and pay from the app (cash, Zelle, card, or options when available).
Track — you and your family can follow progress through delivery.

For receivers in the DR

Register in Dominicargo as a receiver.
Invite code — the sender shares a code to link shipments addressed to you.
Tracking — see statuses such as pickup pending, picked up, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered.
Local payment — when applicable, you can indicate transfer, card, or cash payment in the DR.

Dominicana Cargo Express rewards families who trust the service. Earn points with eligible shipments and approved referrals, then use them as credit on future invoices or for supplies in the app, based on your account options. Learn more on the home page.

Frequently asked questions

Do I pay when I request pickup?

No. Requesting pickup or receiving a quote does not require upfront payment. You pay after reviewing the final cost and confirming the terms.

What can I send?

Boxes, barrels, staple foods, documents, furniture, and general packages, subject to restrictions. See our prohibited items list.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings > Security > Request Account Deletion. Details on our account deletion page.
